Manufactured in transparent clear Vinyl right here in the UK, these Vinyl Face Shield Visors shield the face and eyes and help prevent the wearer from touching there face.
The shield shape is created by HF welding with a stitch pattern to the external edges. The front visor is manufactured in transparent thermoforming grade clear rigid Vinyl (not optical grade and can have some flow marks within the material). The visor can be cleaned with hot soapy water or anti-bacterial wipes (this also helps prevent any fogging issues) and polished with an optical cloth for multiple use.
The upper 45mm's of the product has a coloured band to help differentiate departments work groups etc. An open cell polyether foam comfort band 190mm x 25mm x 20mm is attached to the reverse of the header.
