1. How quickly will I get my order?

Standard delivery to UK destinations is 3-4 weeks and is included in all of our product prices. Depending on your chosen product, express delivery in 7-10 working days is available at a small additional cost. Stock or plain items can be delivered to you the next day if the item is in stock and your order is placed before 1.30pm the day before. Lead-times are considered to begin from the point you confirm your product artwork and pay for your goods. Our deliveries can occur at any time during office hours so we ask that someone is always ready to accept and sign for goods at your delivery location. Our couriers can email you a consignment number so you can track your order by phone or over the internet.

2. Can you guarantee delivery dates?

We do our utmost to ensure that your promotional products are delivered to you on time but all delivery dates provided are our best estimate only. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, tell us at the outset and we will try our very best to meet it. Very rarely, delays in delivery can occur because of exceptional events outside of our control, for example delay caused by customs or 3rd party couriers. We only use the best national and international couriers and we have exceptional relationships with them so it is extremely unlikely that your order will not reach you on time.

3. Do your prices include everything I will need to pay?

Yes, unlike most other promotional product suppliers, our prices include all setup, personalisation and artwork costs and they also include standard delivery in 3-4 weeks to UK locations. Our prices include everything you will need to pay except VAT. There are no hidden extras!

4. What are your payment terms?

For approved customers, payment is required within 28 days of invoice, unless we have agreed special settlement terms in writing. Credit account approval and credit limits must be agreed by us in writing. For non-approved customers full payment is required on order placement unless otherwise pre-agreed in writing. We accept payment in Euros and British Pounds via debit card, credit card, BACS (direct debit/bank transfer) and cheque. We will not usually commence production until payment has been received and as such payment via credit card is preferable to avoid delays.

5. Will I see what my product will look like before it is made?

Yes, we will always send you an electronic proof of your customised products for your approval before we commence production. It will show the location of your artwork, the dimensions and the colours based on your requirements. If we don't get it right the first time, please let us know and we will make changes until you are happy to proceed.

6. Can you accurately reproduce the colours in my artwork?

If you would like specific colours in your logo or design, you will need to supply us with your colour references from the Pantone Colour chart. Every colour has a Pantone Matching System (PMS) reference number. This is a system used throughout the industry to ensure any printer can match colours specified by any designer. We make every effort to pantone match your artwork but due to variations in the materials and printing processes used we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match. Where we feel the colours may not be well replicated we will let you know and advise you of any changes that could be made. Please also note that computer monitors will not necessarily accurately reproduce pantone colours on your screen. To insure an accurate PMS match, you should consult a printer or graphic artist in your area to view an actual PMS colour swatch book.

7. Can I see an actual product sample before placing an order?

We can supply samples of any of the products featured on our website for quality purposes. These are available upon request and normally free of charge. You will be advised if the sample you require is chargeable. Your sample will be delivered to you the next day if ordered before 4pm the day before. In special circumstances and for large orders we can also produce a sample of the product you are ordering featuring your logo or message as it will actually appear on the full production run. We then deliver one sample with your custom design to you prior to your full order being produced. This will normally incur additional charges.

8. Can I order less than the minimum order quantity?

In certain circumstances we can produce quantities below the standard minimum order quantity for particular products however this will typically be at a higher per unit cost. Please contact us to let us know your requirements and our sales team would be happy to provide a special quote or a range of alternative options to ensure you get the best products for your needs.

9. Can I place an order if I am not from UK?

Yes, we accept all orders from countries worldwide. If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us for a formal quote, this will ensure that we quote you the lowest international shipping charges.

10. Does the website show all your products?

Unlike other promotional product suppliers, we deliberately specialise in a small range of products in order to ensure that we can genuinely supply them to you at the highest quality and lowest prices. Because we are specialists in the products we offer we are able to customise them for you in virtually any way you desire.
