Promotional Hot and Cold Packs are ideal for hot and cold occasions or even for sporting injuries. These printed heat/cool pads consist of gel filled rectangular packs, with elastic straps and plush backings. To heat, simply place a pack in a microwave with water for 30 seconds and to cool, place a pack into a freezer for 2 hours.
